Young father shot, suspect charged

A young father was killed when he was shot outside a Lewis Chapel Mountain residence on September 8. Logan D. Lepard, 21, was fatally shot by Paul D. Coffman, Jr., 21, the Sequatchie County Sheriff’s Department reported.
