Raber heading with Guard to Caribbean

Detective Robert Raber of the Dunlap Police Department, also a member of the Tennessee National Guard, will be headed to the Caribbean in the next few days to help control situations created by Hurricanes Irma and Maria. Raber is a member of the 252nd Military Police Company, based out of Cleveland.
