Spencer Goins
Spencer Lee “Todd” Goins, 61, of Dunlap, passed away, Thursday morning, February 4, 2016 at Hospice Care Center.
He was a member of Dunlap United Methodist Church, Dunlap Lodge 693 F & A.M., Technology Coordinator for the Sequatchie County School System, Machine Technician for Sequatchie County Election Commission, and a gifted musician with an avid love of music.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee Roy and Virginia Goins.
He is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Goins; daughter, Meredith Goins; son, Forrest Goins; brother, John (Melissa) Goins; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Sunday, February 7 in the funeral home chapel. Burial was in Chapel Hill Cemetery.
