William Kendrick Price

William Kendrick Price, age 75, of Dunlap, passed away Sunday morning, January 24, 2016 at Memorial Health Care Center. 

He was of the Baptist faith, served in the United States Navy, retired from the United States Postal Service, and was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, brother and friend. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Carroll and Elsie Price; and sister, Mary Helen Rogers.

He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Price; daughter, Tracy (Billy) McDaniel; son, David (Easter) Weathers, all of Dunlap; three granddaughters, Kayla McDaniel, Laci (Steven) Lemons and Stephanie Weathers; grandson, Jordan Weathers; three sisters, Reba Caudell of Toccoa, Georgia, Ann Hudson of Atlanta, Georgia and Gail (Mike) Galloway of Greenville, South Carolina; brother, Melvin (Wilma) Price of Jasper.

Graveside services were held Wednesday, February 3 Chapel Hill Cemetery with Rev. Michael Grant officiating. Serving as pallbearers were Conrad, Eddie and Chris Rogers, Michael Galloway, and Wes and Stephen Caudell. Honorary pallbearer was Davy Hudson. Military honors were provided by Sequatchie Valley Honor Guard.
