Billy Green

William “Billy” Edward Green, 80, of Dunlap passed away Thursday, December 17, 2015 in a Chattanooga hospital.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Joe and Christine Thomas Green; brothers, Bobby, Joe, James, Jack and Johnny; sisters, Anna Bell, Mary, Irene, Alma, Lena, Ella Mae and Sarah.

Survivors include his wife, Shirley Ann Hitchcox; daughter, Nancy (Paul) Shannon; son, Edward (Denise) Green, all of Dunlap; sister, Jean (David) Armstrong of Signal Mountain; four grandchildren, Melissa Worley, Jeff, Matthew and Mark Green; five great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Sunday, December 20 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Lanny Tate and Bro. Elmeze Shariff officiating. Burial was in Hall Cemetery.
