Cody Keener

Dakota  “Cody”  Keener, age 17, of Signal Mountain passed away Monday, August 17, 2015. Dakota was a member of Abba’s House in Hixson. 

He was preceded in death by his grandfathers, John A. Keener, James A. Johnson; grandmother, Mary “Tee” Keener; great grandmothers, Alma Irene Johnson and Gladys Hall; great grandfather, Walter Hall.  

  Those left to cherish his memories are his parents, JoAnne Johnson of Tracy City and Randy Keener of Signal Mountain; aunt and second mom, Jannie Kilgore of Signal Mountain; grandmother, Patricia Johnson; grandfather, Charles Armstrong; several aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Funeral services were held Saturday, August 22 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Charlie Keener officiating. Interment was in Smith Cemetery.
