Lebron Smith

Oland Lebron “Smitty” Smith, age 77, of Dunlap, passed away Saturday, June 13, 2015. He was a member of Ewtonville Baptist Church and retired from TDOT after 42 years of service. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Lee and Bertie Smith; and sister, Mayme Smith Hendon. 
He is survived by his wife, Shirley Smith of Dunlap,: two daughters, Janice (Charles) Bobbitt of Smyrna, and Brenda (Brian) Kerns of Dunlap; four grandsons, Joshua, Caleb, David and Daniel Kearns; several great-grandchildren; two sisters, Marjorie Thomas of Hixson, and Bernice Key of Whitwell; two brothers, Willard Smith of Michigan and Milton Smith of Georgia; and several nieces and nephews.

     Funeral services were held Tuesday, June 16 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Brian Kearns officiating. Burial was in Old Union Cemetery.
