Mildred Lee Brown Easterly
Mildred Lee Brown Easterly, 91, of Dunlap died at Valley View Assisted Living in Whitwell on Tuesday, April 29, 2014.
She worked for Dr. Charles Graves for 21 years and took pride in giving easy shots. She was a member of the church of Christ.
She was preceded in death by her parents, William Thomas and Dovie Crabtree Brown; husband, Martin V. Easterly; brothers, Doug and Tom Brown; and sister, Thelma Hodges.
Survivors include her three sons, Eric (Connie) Easterly, Greg Easterly, and Austin (Mary Elizabeth) Easterly of Dunlap; daughter, Sharon Gilmore of Marietta, Georgia; brothers, Jim Brown of Johnson City and Jessie Adams of Orrville, Ohio; six grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, May 1 at 1:00 p.m. CDT in the funeral home chapel with minister Freddie Clayton officiating. Burial will follow in Rogers Cemetery.
