George Axmacher

George Randell Axmacher, 77, passed away Thursday, October 31, 2013. He was of the Baptist faith.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Archie and Margaret Axmacher; and wife, Nancy Axmacher.

He is survived by two sons, Jimmy (Sherry) Axmacher of Dunlap and Jerry (Rose) Axmacher of South Carolina; seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; sister, Ruth (Clarance) Shattuck of Hixson; two brothers, Edward Axmacher of  Chattanooga and David Axmacher of Sequatchie; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Sunday, November 3 in the funeral home chapel. Burial was in Cagle-Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
