H.C. Guy

H.C. Guy, 83, of Pikeville died Wednesday, October 2, 2013. He was of the Church of God faith and was an avid Bluegrass music fan.

His wife, Wilma Jeanetta Guy; and grandson, Seth Guy, preceded him in death.

Survivors include his daughter, Marva (Donnie) Lawson; son, Wendell Guy, all of Pikeville; grandchildren, Laura (Richard) Keedy, Jessica (Eric) Angel and Nakisha (Nathan) West; great-grandchildren, Faith, Hunter, Ashlyn and Sunday Keedy, Kaylan and Eli Angel, Natalie West, and Brooklyn and Bryson Guy; two special friends, Anita Coon and Elmer Blaylock; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Sunday, October 6 in the funeral home chapel with Elmer Blaylock and Freddy Savage officiating. Burial was in Cagle Cemetery.
