Donald Lytle

Donald Eugene “Popa Don” Lytle, 63, of Dunlap, passed away Wednesday, September 18, 2013. He was a Veteran of the United States Air Force and the Air National Guard. 

Preceding him in death are his sons, Thomas and James Lytle; daughter, Jamie Leeann Lytle Abbott; parents, William Lytle Sr. and Millie Lytle; brother, William Lytle Jr.; and nephew, William Lytle III.

Survivors include his daughter, Lisa (Wayne) Lee; step-son, Thomas Lytle; sister, Nancy (Malcom) Robertson; brother, Ray (Lynn) Lytle; grandchildren, Jennifer (Wendell) Green, D.J. Lee, Charlee Cagle, Emily Lee, Zachary Abbott, Nicholas Morton, and Autumn and Jacob Lytle; great-grandchildren, Makenzie and Makayla Green, and Peyton Lee; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. (EST) on Saturday, September 28 at Bethlehem Community Cemetery, Sugar Hill Rd., Old Fort, North Carolina, with his nephew, Andrew Lytle officiating.
