Adelaide Hatfield Layne

Adelaide Hatfield Layne, 69, of Dunlap passed away December 28, 2012 at her home.

She was a graduate of Sequatchie County High School and a self-employed beautician for 40 years. She was of the Methodist faith.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Emma Hatfield; half-brothers, Robert, Sonny and Roland Hatfield; and sons, Anthony Shawn and Daaron Layne.

Survivors include her sons, Timothy Layne of Dunlap, Gregory Layne of Pensacola, Florida and Jeffrey Layne of Columbia, South Carolina; grandchildren, Justin Layne, Sarah Layne, Hannah Layne and Katelynne Cheatham.

Funeral services were held Sunday, December 30 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Kenny Bill Layne officiating. Burial was in Pickett Cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers were F.A. Hatfield, Norman Hatfield, Tyler Hatfield, Trey Hatfield, David Bone and Terry Marler.
