Denise Lynn Carey, 56, of Dunlap died Tuesday, October 30, 2012 at her home. She was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her husband, Larson Carey; two sons, Thomas Smith of Dunlap and Jack Smith Jr. of Michigan; one grandson; two sisters and two brothers; and several nieces and nephews.
No services or visitation was held.
