Louise Slaughter

Louise Sherman Slaughter, 90, of the Cagle community near Dunlap, died Sunday, October 14, 2012.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd “Aubry” Slaughter; son, Aubry Dale Slaughter; parents, Fred and Sula Moffitt Sherman; sister, Madeline Boyd; and brothers, I.B. Sherman and Willard Moffitt.

Survivors include her grandchildren, Dale Slaughter of St. Petersburg, Florida, Daryl Slaughter of Dunlap, Joey Slaughter, Jennifer Slaughter and Jamie Slaughter, all of Toledo, Ohio.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, October 16 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Darrell Nance and Larry Crabtree officiating. Burial was in Cagle-Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
