Jana Lee Christian Easterly

Jana slipped away to be with her God on July 11, 2012. 

Born in 1958, she joined the U.S. Army immediately after leaving high school here in Dunlap. It was there that she met and married her husband, Les, with whom she lived and loved for the next 35 years. The pride of her life has always been her son, Brian. 

Jana lived her life with her heart open wide to her friends and family, and to those she came across who were in need. Her love of and for animals was boundless and deep. She was deeply loving and deeply loved, and the world is surely diminished by her passing.
