Kenneth Wayne LaRue, 69, of Lindale, Texas went to his heavenly home on July 1, 2012. He was a truck driver for over 40 years.
He was the son of Dena (Yarbrough) LaRue and C.O. (Dutch) LaRue, who preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife of 26 years, Velma; sister, Jean Lange and brother, Joe LaRue, both of Texas.
He left behind his children, Wesley (Kathy) LaRue, Darby LaRue and Rene Kennedy, all of Texas and Rebecca (Marshall) Daughtrey of Dunlap; grandchildren, Britton LaRue, Dakoda Bradford, Lynn (Sedina) Bunch, Aaron (Sarah) Bunch, all of Texas and Daryl and Jamie Carter and Zachary Daughtrey, all of Dunlap; and great-grandchildren, Levi Bunch of Texas, Becky and Ethan Carter of Pikeville and Maitlyn Ellington of Dunlap.
Funeral services were held Friday, July 6 in the funeral home chapel. Burial was in Lindale City Cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers were Wesley LaRue, Dewayne Chapman, Gary Moore, Daryl Blakley, Johnny Johnson and Dr. Wendall Hand.
Caudle-Rutledge Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
