Beth Tibbs Ford

Anna Elizabeth Tibbs Ford, 67, of Dunlap passed away Saturday, April 28, 2012.

She was raised in Dunlap and later moved to Signal Mountain where she worked as office manager and head technician at Signal Mountain Veterinary Clinic for 40 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph and Odell Lockhart Tibbs; and brother, Tommy Tibbs.

Survivors include her husband, Willington W. Ford Jr. DVM; children, Shannon McCallie and Susan Griffith; step-children, Will Ford, Stephanie Smith and Andrea Ford; sister, Nancy Andrews; grandchildren, Katie and Morgan Hubbard, Walker and Ashley Griffith, Ford and Luke Smith and Stina and Wilder Ford.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, May 2 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Mark Gooden officiating.

Burial was in Chapel Hill Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the American Cancer Society.
