Charles Bohrer, Sr.

Charles P. Bohrer, Sr., 69, of Dunlap died Saturday, October 22, 2011 at Memorial Hospital.

He served in the United States Army and was employed with Save-A-Lot.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Alexander and Margaret Bohrer; sister, Arlene Hobbs; and brother, Bobby Bohrer.

He is survived by his wife, Carol Bohrer; step-daughter, Sylvia (Greg) Warren of Dunlap; two sons, Charles P. Bohrer, Jr. of Georgia and Harvey E. Bohrer of Florida; daughter, Darlene (J.D.) Ogden; grandson, J.C. of Ohio; brother, Richard (Dianne) Bohrer of Georgia; two sisters, Shirley York of Georgia and Nellie McCandless of Florida; several nieces, nephews and friends.

A memorial service was held Thursday, October 27 at Flat Mountain Baptist Church with Tony Cates officiating.
