Bro. George Lee Rigsby, Sr.

Bro. George Lee Rigsby, Sr., 73, of Dunlap passed away October 27, 2011 at his home.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Mae Belcher Rigsby; granddaughter, Felicia Rigsby; father, John Thurman Rigsby; two brothers and one sister.

Survivors include his mother, Becky Bell Harville Rigsby; sons, John (Marilyn) Rigsby, George Lee (Katrina) Rigsby, Jr. and Danny (Laura) Rigsby, all of Dunlap; sisters, Martha Skyles, Ann Williams, Wilma Rigsby and Jeweline Croom; brother, William Rigsby; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Monday, October 31 in the funeral home chapel. Burial was in Cagle-Mt. Pleasant Cemetery.
