Harvey Eugene Campbell, Sr

Harvey Eugene Campbell, Sr., 86, of Dunlap died Friday, October 7, 2011 at NHC of Dunlap.

He was a longtime member of the church of Christ and served as an elder for several years. He served his country in World War II in Germany.

He was preceded in death by his first wife of 62 years, Frances Facello Campbell; two sisters, Jeanette (Howard) Ewton and Laura (Larry) Claggett; two brothers, James Campbell and William Campbell.

Survivors include his wife, Reva Lucas Campbell of Dunlap; daughter, Linda (Kirby) Smith of Dunlap; son, Harvey Eugene (Mary Grace) Campbell, Jr. of Kissimmee, Florida; grandchildren, Christine (John) Morrison of Chattanooga, Crofford (Yvette) Lane of Charlotte, North Carolina, Lisa Ann Campbell of Dunlap, Harvey Eugene (April) Campbell III of Orlando, Florida, David Wilson of Atlanta, Georgia; nine great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Monday, October 20, 2011 in the funeral home chapel with Bro. T.A. Smith officiating.

Burial was in Sequatchie County Memorial Gardens.
