Lee “Bradley” Hobbs

Lee “Bradley” Hobbs, 71, of Dunlap passed away August 5, 2011 in a Chattanooga hospital. He was the first city police officer for Dunlap in 1973 and was a truck driver for over 40 years. 

He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert B. and Beatrice King Hobbs; son Mark Hobbs; and brothers, Bonner, Rubin, Carl and Robert Hobbs.

Survivors include his special companion, Inez Harvey; sons, Shawn Hobbs, Kirk (Christy) Hobbs of Dunlap, David (Jennifer) Harvey, Dwain Harvey, and Dooley (Melissa) Harvey, all of Spencer; daughter, Ann (Rodney) Shell of Dunlap; brother Bill Hobbs of Dunlap; 19 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; special niece, Brenda Hobbs Gaston; and several other nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held August 8 in the funeral home chapel with Pastor Wayne Miller officiating. Burial was in Sequatchie County Memorial Gardens.
