Olavene Griffith

Olavene Griffith, 83, of Dunlap died Monday, July 25, 2011 at her home. She was a member of Way of the Cross Baptist Church in Dunlap.

Her husband, Dillard Griffith; and three brothers, James, Ralph and Lester Green, preceded her in death.

She is survived by two daughters, Dickie (Lou) Sirrocco of Woodstock, Georgia and Reba Cline of Dunlap; two sons, Butch (Sue) Griffith and Dustin (Misty) Griffith, both of Dunlap; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two sisters, Violet Long and Gladys Camp, both of Dunlap; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were held Thursday, July 28 in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Richard Horner officiating.

Burial was in Chapel Hill Cemetery.
