Richard Roscoe Chadwick, Jr., 72, of Dunlap died in a Chattanooga hospital, June 18, 2011.
Survivors include his daughter, Elsea Kroon of Orlando, Florida; sister, Alberta McGhee of Soddy Daisy and caregiver, Patricia Reed of Dunlap.
No funeral services are planned at this time.
