Christine Lockhart

Christine King Lockhart, 66, of Dunlap died in a Chattanooga hospital on Tuesday, May 31, 2011.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Monroe and Sarah Bonneta King; two brothers and a grandchild.

Survivors include her husband, Raymond “Big Foot” Lockhart of Dunlap; sons, Joel T. (Bobbie) Lockhart of Whitwell, Raymond (Patricia) Lockhart Jr.,  Roger Lee Lockhart and Johnny Lockhart of Dunlap; daughter, Crystal Lynn (Randy) Layne of Palmer; two sisters, Magdalene King of Coalmont and Theoma (Hoss) Cartwright of Dunlap; four brothers, Willard King of Dunlap, Bill King, Glen King of Gruetli Laager and Hank Snow King of Viola; nine grandchildren, Braden Thomas, John Allen Sanders, Anthony Dewayne Sanders, Holly Nicole Hitchcox, Latisha Mae Burdick, Blake Lockhart, Timmy Lockhart, Tiffany Lockhart and Elizabeth Potter; six great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Graveside services were held Saturday, June 4 at Lockhart Family Cemetery with Bro. Lanny Tate officiating.
