Garland V. Johnson

Garland V. Johnson, 76, of Lewis Chapel, passed away June 29, 2010.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sammy and Mary Johnson; son, Benny Johnson; grandson, Gary Johnson; granddaughter, Brandy Johnson; sisters, Christine and Hester; and brothers, Norman, Major, Samuel, and Dillard.

Survivors include his son, Lamar and Sheila Johnson; grandson, Patrick Johnson; granddaughter, Christie Johnson; four great-grand-children; several nieces and nephews; sister, Mary Ann and Weldon Turner; brother, Grady and Peggy Johnson; loving companion, Frances Smith and family, Eve and Tom Horner, Candy and Tony Hullender, Hope Stoner, Teresa and Dennis Tocom, and Gary and Brenda Watters.

Funeral services were held July 2 the funeral home chapel. Burial was in Davis Chapel Cemetery.
