    On March 20, the Sequatchie County UT Extension will be offering an Arthritis Foundation Tai Chi Program, an 8-week program designed for people with arthritis to reduce pain and stiffness, help maintain or improve mobility, muscle strength, memory, and balance. Individuals of all ages and mobility levels can benefit from the low-impact course. Classes will be held every Monday at 4:30 p.m. for one hour. The cost of the course is $48.00.
