Theft, drinking, driving violations, and other offenses were heard by Dunlap City Judge M. Keith Davis during City Court on October 8.
Aleisha S. Rains pled guilty to theft under $500 and was fined $50 plus court costs, a total of $223.75. Rains is to perform 20 hours of public service work and received 11 months and 29 day of probation supervised by the Southeast Tennesssee Human Resource Agency (SETHRA).
Heather Michelle Oakes pled guilty to theft under $500. She was fined $50 plus court costs, is to serve 11 months and 29 days of probation under SETHRA supervision, and perform 20 hours of public service work.
Patsy A. Ferguson pled guilty to aggravated criminal trespass, reduced from aggravated burglary. She was fined $2 plus court costs, for a total of $191.50. Ferguson was sentenced to 47 days in jail with credit for time already served, and received 11 months, 29 days of unsupervised probation. A criminal trespass charge against her was dismissed.
Pleading guilty to assault by physical contact was Joseph Wood. He was fined $25 plus court costs, for a total of $238. He received 11 months and 29 days of unsupervised probation. Wood is to have no contact with the victim, court records state.
Lisa D. Collins pled guilty to public intoxication, reduced from first offense DUI. She was fined $50 plus court costs, for a total of $239.50.
Scott L. Enerson pled guilty to public intoxication. He was fined $2 plus court costs, totaling $191.50. Enerson was sentenced to 15 days in jail, and was given 15 days of jail credit for time served.
Pleading guilty to disorderly conduct was Calvin W. King. His charge was reduced from theft up to $500. King was fined $2 plus court costs, for a total of $175.75. He was placed on 30 days of probation supervised by SETHRA.
Fined $25 plus court costs for disorderly conduct was Tracey Michelle Hanlon.
Ramiro Sandoval Carmona was fined $50 plus court costs for assault by physical contact. He is to have no contact with the victim.
Bertha Luna Cervantes was fined $25 plus fees and costs for a driver’s license law violation, while her speeding violation was dismissed.
Kristal M. Davis was fined $10 plus court costs for speeding. A registration law violation against her was dismissed.
Fined $50 for a financial responsibility law violation were Tammy Marie Lawrence and Apalberto Guilen Castaneda.
Sergio Gomez Vasquez was fined a total of $100 plus court costs for driving with a suspended license and financial responsibility law violation.
Brandon Juan Fitzgerald and Destiny Renee Easterly were each fined $20 for seat belt law violation.
Found not guilty on financial responsibility law violation was Steven Bradley Davis.
A charge of allowing dogs to run at large causing bodily injury was dismissed, because the defendant paid the balance of the victim’s medical bills, court records state.
Other charges dismissed included light law violation, reckless driving, theft up to $500, theft of merchandise-shoplifting, speeding, vandalism, and parole violations.
