Judgments were passed on a traffic violation filled docket Thursday, July 1 in Sequatchie County General Sessions Court. Only one case, unrelated to the roads, was presented.
Cathy Naomi Leitner pled guilty to allowing dogs to run at large and was ordered to pay a $50 fine.
In other cases, Cory Thomas Bowman was ordered to pay a $20 fine for not wearing a seatbelt. He was ordered to attend Defensive Driving School for speeding.
Alice May Hernandez was ordered to attend Defensive Driving School for speeding. Her charges of unregistered vehicle and financial responsibility were dismissed.
Jordan Lee Pankey was ordered to attend Defensive Driving School for speeding. His charges of driver’s license violation and light law were dismissed.
Cynthia Ann Tramel’s cha-rge of child restraint was dismissed, but her charge of speeding earned her an order to attend Defensive Driving School.
Ryan Michael Young was ordered to attend Defensive Driving School for speeding. His charges of registration law and driver’s license violation were dismissed.
Matthew T. Bleasdale was ordered to attend Defensive Driving School for speeding, while his charges of improper passing and registration law were dismissed.
Jose M. Hernandez’s char-ge of registration law was dismissed, but he was ordered to attend Defensive Driving School for speeding.
Nishanth Reddy Gudi-pelly, Robert Carl Marshall, Dustin Charles Guy and Troy James Polattie’s individual charges of financial responsibility were dismissed, but their charges of speeding earned them each an order to attend Defensive Driving School.
Ordered to attend Defensive Driving School for speeding were Michelle Lei-gh Austin, Tiffany Dawn Eggert, William J. Gaston, Donald Lee Hawkins, Patr-icia C. Hudson, James M. Kaul, Mary Tabitha Lankford, Kevin L. Layne, Rebecca A. Layne, Cameron La-ke Potts, Anthony W. Sells, Andy Chen, Michael Durante Sutherland and Randy J. Whiteside.
Dismissed cases included charges of expired registration, speeding, financial responsibility, seatbelt law, no helmet and driver’s license violation.
